Comments

Contact forms contain personal data because we need to know the identity of those who contact us. After receiving the email associated with the contact form with your data, within maximum 7 days, the email is automatically deleted from the site / server.
The data stored in our database will be deleted after a period of maximum 3 years or, within maximum 12 hours from the date of your emailed request.
Newsletters/RSSSC
AUTOMOTIVE ROMANIA does not send newsletter emails to third parties; therefore, we do not ask for your agreement for a service that we do not perform.

Personal data can be shared with the company that manages the site and with the company that provides hosting, with which we have confidentiality contracts, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. If the state institutions, with the legal right to request personal data require us to share the data with them, we will notify you to inform you about this aspect.
How long we keep your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This way we can automatically recognize and approve all the following comments instead of keeping them in a queue for moderation. For users (if any) who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (but cannot change their username). Also, website administrators can view and edit this information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account or have left comments on this website, you may request that you receive an export file containing the personal data we hold about you, including all the data you provided to us. You can also ask us to delete all personal data we hold about you. These do not include all the data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
